Our company adopts the tempering-mechanical dehydration technology – sludge fluidization and pretreatment – tempering – centrifugal separation, which are widely applied in the world.

Aged Oil Treatment


  We adopt the centrifugal separation technology widely applied in the industry. As the aged oil is emulsified severely, and has high impurity content and high salinity, so it is very difficult to treat dependent by the conventional gravity settling, electric desalting and such process.
      By investigation and detailed test, HBP developed the aged oil treatment technology based on the centrifugal separation.
       Treatment scale: 3t/h~10t/h ; HBP will adopt different treatment process according to the property of aged oil, and carry out the resource docking according to the actual conditions in the operation site, and select  corresponding HBP treatment process according to our customer’s demands.




Harmless treatment of pyrolysis and incineration


Process profile:

    The oily sludge harmless treatment system includes sludge pretreatment system, oil recovery system, pyrolysis incineration system, exhaust gas treatment system, thermal energy utilization system and automatic control system. The general process is below: Sludge pretreatment – crude recovery – mixing and feeding – pyrolysis incineration – residual heat utilization – exhaust gas treatment – environmental-protection discharge

   After the treatment, the sludge will not contain the oil-type or other harmful components. The incineration treatment process is stable, economic and efficient, and achieves the requirements of recycle, reduction and harmlessness on dangerous waste treatment.

System functions:

    1.Full-automatic feeding and slagging, realizing one-time thorough harmlessness;

    2.Pollutant removal rate: up to 99.9%, pyrolysis efficiency: up to 99.99%;

    3.High safety, outfitted with multiple safety precaution alarm systems;

    4.Automatic control system: frequency-conversion control + PLC detection control, realizing the single operation and control, and the environmental protection and energy saving reaching Grade One standards;

    5.Advanced exhaust gas treatment system: multi-stage exhaust gas purification, realizing deacidification for micropollutant, dedusting and zero discharge for adsorption.

Scope of application:

        This technology is applicable to solid, semi-solid and liquid wastes discharged by the petroleum and petrochemical enterprises, mainly including the harmless treatment for the spilled oily sludge, bottom sludge at the tank bottom after cleaning, waste sludge after drilling, three kinds of slurries in the refinery, industrial waste liquid in the oilfield and industrial solid waste in the oilfield.    

Core equipment:

Layer firing spiral grate incinerator::

        Oil sludge layer firing spiral grate incinerator refers to the device that adopts the new type of heat accumulation and layer firing technology for carrying out deep heat treatment for oil sludge. Our technology has exceeded any other technologies in comprehensive technical properties such as pyrolysis mechanism, reducing atmosphere, pyrolysis gas combustion, automatic feeding and slagging and smoke turbulence , realizing the cleaning, reducing and harmlessness for oil sludge and obtaining the national patent for invention.

Specific process:

        After being squeezed and atomized, the oil sludge is evenly sprayed into the incineration chamber with bottom fire, and the heat produced from the combustible components is accumulated, so the bottom layer will provide energy for the combustion at the upper layer, and the process includes drying, pyrolysis, combustion, after-combustion, cooling, etc. With the driven slagging driven by spiral grate, the fuel continuously moves down layer by layer, and completes the multi-layer combustion, including dry degassing, low-grade oil separation reaction, heavy oil separation reaction, semi-coking reaction and mineral reaction. The mixed flue gas due to the oil sludge pyrolysis will burn out in the secondary combustion chamber. The slag produced in the primary combustion will be discharged out of the incinerator by the wet-type slagging system after the mechanical squeezing and breaking by the grate. The heat accumulation incinerator has many advantages, such as stable and safe operation, low energy consumption, good adaptability on burning fuel and sufficient utilization on heat energy.


System operating effect:

After the sludge treatment, the environmental monitoring result meets the requirements of relative standards.

1.Waste gas: monitoring values of all items comply with the Grade One Standard for new pollution source specified in the Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants (GB16297-1996).


2.Incinerator waste gas: monitoring values of all items meet the Pollution Control Standard for Hazardous Wastes Incineration (GB18484-2001).

3.Waste water:monitoring values of all items meet the Grade Two standards on new construction, expansion and modification specified in Sewage and Waste Gas Emission Standard (DB21-60-89).

4.Noise: The equivalent Grade A noise around the plant border in 24 hours meets the Class III Standard specified in the Standard of Noise at Boundary of Industrial Enterprises (GB12348-90).

5.Slag: PH, chemical oxygen demand, Cr VI, lead and Cd meet the Industrial Solid Waste Pollution Control Standard (DB21-777-94).


Fracturing fluid acidizing treatment

    We provide a flowback liquid fracturing and acidizing treatment process for the oil-water well. By the operating steps such as desanding, filtration, PH adjustment, gas and liquid separation and centrifugationfor the flowback liquid, the flowback liquid can be treated to the degree that it can be routed into the oilfield sewage system in the early stage, and will not impact the sewage system, and the flowback liquid can be deacidified, desanded and dehydrated in the late stage so as to meet the requirements of crude transportation system.

The general situation of the development of oil tank cleaning equipment

The company began the development of large tank cleaning equipment from 03 years to 04 years, the successful production of China first cleaning equipment, and put it into use in China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau, good response (still in service). After several years of exploration, perfect, now our company has developed a new third generation cleaning equipment (own patent technology). In addition to the first device in PetroChina northwest emergency rescue center (Xi'an), northeast of emergency rescue center (Tieling) each have two sets of equipment is safe and efficient operation. At present has accumulated to provide Sinopec pipeline storage and transportation company, Baoding petrochemical, Maoming petrochemical, Langfang Pipeline Bureau of several units of more than 10 sets of equipment.

Mechanical cleaning principle
